Carlton Daniel Miller

Mr. Miller is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar. He has successfully represented developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and construction managers in complex construction disputes involving defects, delay, nonpayment, termination, construction liens, surety bonds, licensing and related issues.

His current work involves the counsel and representation of large and small construction-related companies, including ENR Top 100 design-build firms, several ENR Top 400 general contractors, as well as developers, construction managers, designers and subcontractors, and involves an array of construction issues on projects such as bridges, water treatment plants, NASA projects, high-rise condominiums, hotels, and theme parks.  

Mr. Miller’s past legal work has involved the highly publicized litigation involving the massive C.W. Bill Young Water Reservoir in Tampa, Florida; litigation and arbitration involving historic and luxury hotels in Miami Beach and South Beach, Florida; claims counseling and preparation on the Panama Canal Third Set of Locks project; as well as litigation concerning numerous world-famous central Florida theme park developments and rides in both state and federal courts.
