We, as a condo association, hired Andy Showen to represent the Us in a very complicated and long running construction dispute. This involved business dealings we had with two firms, one of them overseas. Due to delays by the first opposition counsel, the case dragged on for years. At no time in a...ll those yeas did Andy not almost immediately return queries or concerns from our side. Andy is one of the most detailed and conscientious litigators I've ever seen. We've had two mediation meetings and when Andy finished summarizing the case, the other side was always very quiet. Suffice it to say that without this extra support, we may have had to back away from our case at that time. Andy, along with Chris, both attended and went through the final mediations with us. Their combined presence was deeply appreciated and obviously noticed by the other team. Andy didn't have to do that, but he did because he believed in our case. Our Association owes a debt of gratitude to Mr. Showan and Mr Hill. At the lowest point for our side it was only their commitment to our case and their determination to help that kept us focused and led to us winning a sizable settlement.
