A true professional

I would highly recommend Amber Davis as a knowledgeable Intellectual Property Attorney. She will always take the time to explain all aspects of your case as they relate to patents and trademarks, leaving you feeling satisfied with every decision you are making. She will also add her experienced th...oughts to the process so that your case is being handled competently at every turn. She will make you feel as though you are her only client and you will have confidence knowing she is paying attention to every detail. Amber is also diligent in returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Her professionalism is of the highest standard and you will never question her ability to tackle or defend the hardest of challenges.

The consummate professional

I have employed Amber for over 5 years. In matters of patents and trademarks her knowledge and judgement is unquestionable. She has guided my firm's protection of our intellectual property with skill and an eye on the cost/benefit outcomes of particular actions. I would say Amber is conservative a...nd keeps expectations realistic, but always exceeds and excels. I never cease to be amazed by her ever expanding legal knowledge and her application of that knowledge to helping myself and my company prosper. Seeing Amber act with other lawyers including opposition counsel is reassuring to watch. She is very professional and courteous, but will rise vigorously to stop maneuvers or defend our position. I could go on and on. She is an outstanding lawyer, she will continue to be my go to for trademarks and patent litigation. She is truly somebody you want on your side of the table and not on the opposing.

A Professional and an Expert

When faced with a lawsuit, hiring an expert lawyer in the appropriate field is a must. Under the circumstances, it is hardly a pleasant process so it is important to find a lawyer you feel comfortable with. For me, that lawyer was Amber. I would hire Amber again without hesitation. She did a ...fantastic job managing my expectations and opposing counsel. She was easily and quickly accessible if I had questions or concerns. Her communication was clear and her demeanor was always pleasant. I have no doubt that without hiring Amber the legal issue I was facing would have taken a greater toll on my life. If you have intellectual property issues, I cannot recommend Amber Neilson-Davis strongly enough.
