Lauren Marie Reynolds

Lauren Reynolds is an associate at Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman. Lauren’s practice is focused on creditor's rights litigation, bankruptcy, real property litigation, business litigation, and appeals. Her litigation and bankruptcy practice encompasses a wide range of disputes, including title litigation, quiet title actions, foreclosures, contract disputes, and the representation of trustees and creditor's in chapter 7, chapter 13, and chapter 11 bankruptcies. Her appellate practice encompasses both state-court appeals and federal appeals from bankruptcy court through the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lauren also has experience representing credit unions, loan servicers, banks, and other financial institutions in litigation. Lauren has handled numerous contested residential foreclosures, defended against claims brought under state and federal banking and consumer protection statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. 

Lauren was recognized as “Ones to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in America (2021) in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Health Care Law, Litigation – Banking and Finance, and Litigation – Bankruptcy. She serves on the board of ATHENA NextGen and on the board of the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
