In this capacity, she files lawsuits on behalf of human trafficking and sexual abuse survivors against hotels, resorts, ride share services, social media companies, schools, churches, or any other business that is liable for profiting from the exploitation or abuse of a person. Mrs. Haba has represented clients in several high-profile cases as well.
Previously, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in Central Florida, where she prosecuted human trafficking, sex crimes, child abuse, homicides, violent felonies, and career criminals.
Mrs. Haba currently serves as an Executive Committee Member to the Central Florida Human Trafficking Task Force and is on the Board of Directors for the Community & Support Services Board, Catholic Charities of Central Florida.
