I was charged with simple battery. Having never been arrested I was unsure of the process and had no legal representation. Susan was assigned to represent me and she did a marvelous job. I was impressed with the questions she asked, as well as her insight and empathy regarding the circumstances o...f the arrest. Her summary of the facts was concise, clear and compelling resulting in the judge ruling there was no probable cause for the arrest leading to my release on my own recognizance. I am thankful for her efforts.

Never in all the many states I been incarcerated bunch in North Carolina, Kentucky the common wealth 5 times ,4 in Tennessee, 2 in George, not even in Texas have I seen in all all fare land in name of Lady Liberty and Lady Justice seen a public official stand in first appearance setting the slate ...right before anything all ready getting minnor desrepanceies out the way for the poor ,the tired the no matter color race back ground and against the tide of protocol this woman deserves a metal of honor for outstanding and exceptional work and ethics .can I get a Amen.. this is a true statement and I have witnessed this myself it will be part my testimony in ministry in Jesus Christ's name .. awesome lot a time I been a better Para legal then the effort in this office of my past not saying it lightly.
