Attorney did not do much in helping protect victims/witnessess...a guy breaks into my home with my husband and 4 child sleeping 1:34 am...it was an aggravated assault on husband and I... My children endured watching as kept trying to hurt me...he threatened to come back and finish...now the accused i...s out...i was registered to V.I.N.E. and had Brian as attorney but we never received information of the last hearing that ended up closing his case and dismissing almost all charges...never did i state i would not cooperate...i was on top of this and now am home scare for me and my family and my mother who lives down the street. How does this happen...how do they get away with this...from a breakin to a trespass...this is the result we got from Mr.Toti...if they would have included the complaining victims in the case am sure there wouldve been a more safe solution for our family. This is unfair...it sends a message that anyone can breakin to your residence and hurt you or your family...and all you have to do is plead the 5th buy a lawyer and your out before you know it with a charge that has not matched up the traumatizing night I will never forget. In my heart i carry patience and i know no one deserves this outcome...if justice was served i would have some respect...
