Sarah Michelle Pashaee

In July of 2013 I hired Aldrige Law Group to Help me with a mortgage modification. Sarah Pashaee was the head attorney. They said for 3000.00 dollars they could save me 300.00 a month on my mortgage payment, if they could not do that I would get a full refund. Four months after my last payment was m...ade to them, got a call from Edgar Salas who said that they were shutting down and just left me high and dry. I have the guarantee in a email so when I get rich I guess I will hire a lawyer. I would hire her if my life depended on it.

My wife was diagnosed with cancer two years ago, we have been behind on our mortgage payments for over 6 months. I tried to do a loan modification on my house myself four months ago and the bank kept giving me a run around. I have been researching loan modification for a while. There are a lot ...of different firms out there until I narrowed my search down to this firm. I paid them $3,750. The first two months, I was disappointed since nothing happened but I was regularly getting updated until two weeks ago that I got a call from them with the good news I got a principle reduction and fixed rate of 2%!!! Thank you for making a huge difference in our day to day life and for being positive force in my life with all negative things that's going. I tried sending my uncle to them as referral but they were not able to help him since he has a reverse mortgage. But I do take that also as a good sign because they don't take everybody on except people that qualify.

This attorney will not return calls, e mails or concerns in any fashion. She is not concerned with her clients nor is she a professional attorney. She has no concept of what it is to be concerned for her clients and how to perform a home modification. Her legal assistant claims and sent an e mail s...tating she has been an attorney over a decade and has written aritcles for Bloomberg News yet Bloomberg News cannot find anything assoicated with her name. Under Links tab it says they are listed with Face Book and Twitter but there is no record of the attorney or Aldrige Law Group listing. with FB or Twitter. I sent this group $600 and I have requested a refund but Ms. Pashaee has not responded to my request, concerns, or questions. I have been scammed by this group and attorney please do not use this group as she is not concerned for her clients. The legal assistant handling my case sent documents to Quicken Loans that was incompleted and not up to standards. The Legal Assistant sent the documents incomplete with the authorization form. Also the group cliaimed my loan documents were sent from a public website which is a violation of my rights as a client. Derek Mason stated they did not reeceive my loan documents form Quicken Loans but through a public website. A violation of my rights as a client. They were supposed to do a Forensic Audit and a home modification but they have no concept of how to perform either. If Pashaee is concerned for her clients she should take the time to respond to the clients concerns and refund the money that was sent in good faith. I have repeatedly asked for copies of the documents they have received but they will not provide this either. Another right that is broken and not fulfilled by this group of attorney's.
