Joshua Martin Harry Sinclair

I am Joshua Sinclair, a board-certified specialist in criminal trial law by The Florida Bar. With over eight years of experience and more than 30 jury trials to verdict, I’ve defended clients facing the most serious charges, including attempted murder, armed robbery, and kidnapping.

Before entering private practice, I served as a public defender in one of Florida’s toughest jurisdictions. I built my reputation in the trenches — fighting for real people, under real pressure, with real consequences on the line. I know how to dismantle unreliable forensic evidence, suppress unconstitutional police conduct, and challenge the prosecution at every turn.
