Jeffrey Ryan Hudson

Jeffrey R. Hudson is an  Attorney at the Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center, PLC, in the firm’s Maitland office. Jeffrey specializes in asset preservation planning, business succession planning, Medicaid, VA benefits, supplemental needs trusts, planning for disability, guardianship, wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate and trust administration.

Jeffrey has been practicing law for seven years. He graduated from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Stetson University located in DeLand, Florida. Jeffrey also attended American University in our nation’s capital while serving as an intern in the United States Senate.

Jeffrey is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, Elder Law Section, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. Jeffrey is active in the Orange County Bar Association and is involved in the Elder Law Committee and Estate, Guardianship & Trust Committee. He also maintains membership in Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel and has been listed in the Best Lawyer for 2015 guide, as well as, Who's Who in the World 2016.

Jeffrey was born and raised in Central Florida and remains active in his community. He is an avid sports enthusiast (go Gators!) and enjoys playing tennis, cooking and spending time on the water. Jeffrey lives in College Park and shares his home with two crazy weimaraners named Jagger and Penelope.
