I have a national insurance coverage practice representing a variety of insurers on property insurance disputes and claims for extracontractual damages. I am a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer in Florida and a certified circuit civil mediator. Over the years I have participated in the leadership of a number ofprofessional organizations as reflected in teh associations portion of this website. In addition, I have published a number of articles in my field of practice and frequently lecture at professional conferences.
In addition to my legal work, I serve as a member of the Cottey College Board of Trustees.
I have served as an expert witness in insurance coverage and bad faith suits. My work also includes selection as an appraiser, arbitrator and umpire in both insurance appraisals and arbitration proceedings.
