Amazing

I worked with Mr. Weiss briefly for a very difficult situation I was put in from my prior lawyer and he led me and helped me in the right direction. He did not leave my side. He cares about his clients and goes above & beyond!

Damon Weiss is an excellent advocate for his clients. He took his time to listen to me, listen to my needs, listen to my concerns/fears of my individualized situation. He took kind caution with my circumstances yet was assertive and masterful when he needed to be. Damon made the process as pleasant a...s divorce could be while representing my right and property with vigor and chivalry. I have referred many friends to Damon and he has been professionally consistent with them as well.

A Lawyer that really cares and knows what he's doing!

Damon represented me in my divorce case from 2011; I owned a home with my ex-husband and this was the final outstanding item in the decree we needed to settle. He really cares about his clients and DOES NOT OVER CHARGE! He is willing to work with you based on your individual needs and doesn’t... have a one size fits all retainer fee. Damon was great to work with and provided me great council; so great we came to a final resolution in our first mediation. I worked with Damon from July - Aug. 2016. We resolved this matter very efficiently and he didn't drag it out. I highly recommend Damon and I'm lucky I found him regarding this matter. Hopefully I will never need a family lawyer again, but if I do, I’m going back to Damon!

Best lawyer on town

The BEST Divorce Attorney - Highly recommend!!!

Mr. Damon Weiss and his office staff were extremely helpful with my divorce. Damon is one of the good guys. Very fair, doesn't over bill, and cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a divorce. The entire process was wonderful.
