It could be if it was an "escape," or you used force or touched the policeman. Otherwise it is probably a misdemeanor.

The other attorneys are correct. POs cannot seal records. You have to apply and a judge needs to sign off. It takes at least 6 months. Should hire...

Your bond is relatively low so its probably a minor violation but it is still a warrant. You should hire your own lawyer. He might be able to get...
