If it will happen at all, it will take several weeks. Many stores do not want to prosecute. Its too much trouble in terms of expense and time....

Need to think about getting your record sealed but as a heath care worker you are not afforded the benefits of the sealing/expungement law.

It is probably best for you to either contact your original attorney or retain a new one so the you can get back in front of your sentencing judge.
