Brian Frederick Greenwald

I have used Mr. Greenwald 3 times now on the same case and he has successfully kept me from going to prison on all 3 different occasions. Mr. Greenwald is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and he always answered my calls and came to see me on multiple occasions when I was incarcerated. Mr. Greenwald... takes in all factors of the case including who your judge is and so forth. I always felt very confident when we reviewed my case and I completely trusted him. He took the time to negotiate with they state in court and made sure I got what I wanted. I also like the fact that Mr. Greenwald is a former public defender and has never been a prosecutor. He truly is an excellent criminal defense lawyer. Mr. Greenwald has helped me twice with two violations. The first was a violation of probation and second was a violation of community control. I had been incarcerated for eleven months, fired my previous attorney, and was facing two PBL's (Punishable by Life) charges this year when I came across Mr.Greenwald. Mr.Greenwald beat two life sentences for me, he effectively saved my life; not once but twice. I was lucky to have him and so is anyone who happens to retain him because more than anything Mr.Greenwald is an attorney you can TRUST. He delivers. And he delivered me to freedom after twenty-two months of HELL. Oh, he did such a good job in fact that the State of Florida can expect a civil suit for wrongful prosecution from me in the near future...that is all.
