I was referred to Mandy several years ago by a friend. I hired Mandy on a couple of properties to handle the negotiations for foreclosure and subsequent modifications with the bank. In each case my goals were different and Mandy was able to achieve both goals and in a timeframe that worked to my adv...antage. This occurred over a 4-5 year period. During the process I probably spoke to Mandy dozens of times, she is very responsive and qualified. This also extends to her staff that interacted with me dozens of times as well. Bottom line is if you have a property that is in foreclosure, short sale or requires negotiation with your bank you should seriously consider Mandy. I have also used Mandy to review a handful of contracts, unrelated to the bank references above, same result, would recommend for the same reasons.

Mandy was extremely thorough when we hired her for our foreclosure case. She was very detailed, always there to answer any questions, and always gave the best advice even if it didn't benefit her.
