I was referred to Mandy several years ago by a friend. I hired Mandy on a couple of properties to handle the negotiations for foreclosure and subsequent modifications with the bank. In each case my goals were different and Mandy was able to achieve both goals and in a timeframe that worked to my adv...antage. This occurred over a 4-5 year period. During the process I probably spoke to Mandy dozens of times, she is very responsive and qualified. This also extends to her staff that interacted with me dozens of times as well.
