Mr. Chase is a great attorney that worked diligently on my case. He kept me updated on the progress of the case and was extremely knowledgeable in the area, providing me with invaluable information to help me make an informed decision. Mr. Chase worked with me and my partners on a complex business litigation case for almost four years. We switched from a firm (very large, established Orlando firm) after three years when it became apparent that the attorneys at that firm were more interested in getting their "billable hours" than h...elping us to resolve the case. After hundreds of thousands of dollars being spent at another law firm and getting basically nowhere, Mr. Chase stepped in, got up to speed quickly, and got things moving. Mr. Chase had accomplished more in his first five months than had been accomplished in the entire three years with the other firm. He accomplished this at approximately one third the monthly litigation cost we had been paying. During the entire remainder of the litigation, Mr. Chase kept us constantly informed of the progress, the future plans, and the realistic expectations of what to expect each step of the way. He gave us accurate accountings of what were the strengths and weaknesses of our positions and what, in his opinion, were the best ways to approach each part. He did not guarantee that we would prevail at all of our hearings (and we didn't, however, we won far more than we lost), but in the end got the final result we desired. I know that we got the results we desired, in as timely a manner as possible, and at much less than it would have cost us had we not switched to Mr. Chase. I can, without reservation, recommend Mr. Chase for any business litigation case. My advice would be to start first with Mr. Chase and save yourself the aggravation of dealing with someone else and having to switch to him later.
