Estefania Yamila Laurita

Estefania Laurita is a co-founder/co-owner of The Law Office of Laurita & Lentini.

Mrs. Laurita received her bachelor’s in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduating from FAU, Mrs. Laurita attended Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate.

While in school, Mrs. Laurita served as the President of the American Constitution Society (A.C.S), she was the Communication’s Chair of Hispanic American Law Student Association (H.A.L.S.A), a Legal Student Representative for the Immigration clinic, and was a student member of both Immigration law Society and Phi Alpha Delta, the largest professional law fraternity in the United States. Through her involvement in the immigration clinic, Mrs. Laurita successfully prevented the deportation of her client.

In addition to her academic involvement, Mrs. Laurita has a passion for servitude. Mrs. Laurita volunteered with Adult Literacy League and taught a free 8-week Citizenship class to help members of the immigrant community prepare for their Naturalization interviews. Moreover, she has volunteered in several clinics to help low income immigrants apply for Temporary Protected Status and Naturalization.

Mrs. Laurita’s passion for immigration law is driven by her personal experience as a “DACA Recipient,” and she is determined to utilize this passion towards helping the clients of Laurita & Lentini.
