Mr Dempsey was hired for a divorce and custody case. Upon meeting Donald Dempsey for the first time on a Sunday afternoon with him telling me to come in to discuss my case for proposal of hiring him, we managed to have 15 minutes of him telling me more about his past court custody experience than ...anything. His lobby started to get busy and Donald just wanted to get paid and told me to call him later. With a neglect/abuse issue shortly after hiring the services of Donald Dempsey I called him and he was to busy walking on his land to talk. Another neglect/abuse situation came up in weeks time and again I called Donald Dempsey. Office secretary told me she would have Donald call me as soon as he got back from lunch. Two more days passed with no word from him or his office. I called again, this time the secretary told me Angela Donald's wife would call me back as she was walking into the office. I told her please have them call me as I have a couple questions on how to handle this matter with my son. No response at all. I spent more time talking to his secretary than anyone in this firm. Dempsey at no time would go over any details of evidence I had presented to him on numerous times including in court. He was to busy stopping and talking to court house officials to listen to my evidence or even look at it. He tells you one thing than does another and threatens to drop my case If I don't listen to him with "you better read your retainer terms you signed." Overall experience; thousands of dollars with no help, no communication, three threats to drop my case, no evidence looked over and always waiting around for him to show up late again not to mention spending more time going over details that needed to be corrected numerous times for the start of this process. If you want to talk to a nice secretary, I'd use this law firm again...

Mr. Dempsey has helped me with two cases that I felt were unwinnable. He absolutely goes 110% to make sure that a client is truly taken care of and knows that they don't need to worry - except when they do. Honesty, integrity and and the tenaciousness of a pit bull when it is required are what makes ...this man awesome. He has also achieved miracles on behalf of a couple of my friends and children of friends as well. He goes the extra mile and his willingness to work with you through the tough financial times make him a man among much lesser men. I cannot thank him enough.
