Hubby was so far in arrear in child support! But the judge lowered my child support so hubby could catch up. I thought I'd misunderstood! I asked David why he didn't say anything. He said he didn't want to make the judge mad. Next time after I lost again when hubby was in arrears David asked ME what ...the judge had against ME!!! Neither I or my ex knew the judge.

At first Dave responded in a timely manner with knowledgeable information in my divorce, child custody & child support case every single time. However, at mediation he was working on other cases while we were in the middle of mediation and took phone calls while I was trying to figure out details by ...myself without very little guidance from him. Also as time passed so did the response time to the point where he COMPLETELY STOPPED responding to me. His secretaries never returned my calls/emails and he had a different one every other month. He was paid in FULL for his services and every time I needed anything it would cost me a good amount of money. He did not do his job the way he could have. If you can get him to actually do his job, he is very knowledgeable and helpful but getting him to actually work is the problem. I would not recommend him to anyone ever again.

I hired David Disney over an year ago to handle an child support case for me. Days turn into weeks and weeks turn into months either myself are my other half reach out to him in reference to my case on a monthly basis. Either I got the answering machine which I left messages are I would get his assis...tant at times. Finally I had enough of the going back and forth and fired him. I requested and refund from the case he were hired to handle and didn't ! He sent me out 1/4 of the amount I paid him and I am really pissed! I will NEVER REFER HIM to anyone and I will NEVER EVER HIRE him to handle any of my legal cases AGAIN !

Mr. Disney has represented me a few times over the past 13 years. My initial interpretation of him stands to this day. Mr. Disney does not coddle his clients nor does he respond to everything at your pace. What he does do is represent his clients in a mature, professional manner with a No BS attitude.... Mr. Disney does not show boat in the courtroom or overrun the courts with filings nor does he attempt to baffle with BS. That's not his style. He is a seasoned and well respected attorney with plenty of experience and knowledge. If you want a flashy, show boater that performs with smoke and mirrors he is not your man for sure. However if you want a patient and steady attorney that knows what he is doing then Mr. Disney is your man for sure. I have recommended Mr. Disney to a few people and they have been just as please with his representation as I have been. I hope to never require his services again but if I do I am happy to know he is on my side.
