I work with the Family or Personal Representative to settle the estate after the death of a loved one. This includes accounting for all assets, paying all proper debts, and distributing all assets. This also includes representation in Probate Litigation and Will Contests.

I help clients with problems relating to Divorce, Alimony, Child Support, Child Custody, Visitation, Re-Location with Children, Property Distributions, Post-Divorce proceedings (Modifications and changes to Alimony, Child Support, Custody, and Visitation), Domestic Violence Injunctions, and Adoptions. I am a Family Mediator, certified by the Florida Supreme Court.

I help Families plan for the future and assist with Estate Planning. This includes preparing Wills, Trusts, Revocable Living Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Health Care Surrogacy, Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care, Charitable Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, and other Estate Planning Documents. I provide advise, representation and preparation of Living Trusts, Revocable Trusts, Charitable Trusts, and Special Needs Trusts.
