The Treusch Law Group, through the FL Assets Protection Law Groups, is capably representing us as we sue Bank of America due to its egregious fraud committed against our home mortgage and family in Lake Worth. I had originally retained a lawyer from one of the largest law firms in Orlando in hopes they would help make sure I was taken care of given that my car was totaled and I was concerned that the injuries I sustained would impact me for the rest of ...my life. After my traffic hearing, said lawyer dropped me. I met with Andy, in his office and he told me straight up that there wasn't a whole lot of money on my policy or the other driver's but he would do everything he could to make sure I got the best treatment I could and that if possible walk away with a little bit of money in my pocket to help with this new car payment I had taken on as a result of the accident. His office may take you off guard, as the staff is relatively casual in dress, but never too friendly with their clients. Andy is straightforward with you and lays all of your options on the table, no hidden fees, no false promises. He's a man of his word and truly takes the "liar" OUT of lawyer. He may not have made me a millionaire, but he and his staff left a strong impression on me that in a world of gimmicks and repetitive in your face marketing, there are still law firms who genuinely care about the best interest of their clients. I hope that I'll never need another attorney, but if I do, or if a friend does, Andy would be my first recommendation.
