Ian Douglas Forsythe

I walked in with the hopes of being of able to settle some issues I was having with a car. Although I was very sure of my case, some of my information such as numbers and dates, were slightly inaccurate. Rather than Mr. Forsythe telling me that I would need stronger documentation in addition to what ...I already had, he tore me apart with questions. When I answered something incorrectly or not to his liking, he continued to persecute me, setting me up for failure. He asked me for a particular document to prove a part of my case, and although that document proved what I'd been saying, he told me he couldn't help me. Then he walked me out by pointing me to the exit, like I'd done something wrong. I drove 30 minutes to him seeking assistance and rather than advising me, he simply treated me as if he were defending my opponent, and implied that everything that was happening to me was my fault. That is not a good way to do business.
