John Nicholas Klein IV

My sister and I hired John Klein to help us in a probate case. We were not familiar with the probate laws and many of the complexities, so we definitely needed legal help. We noticed right away that John would listen carefully, and then would give us very practical legal advice and the different op...tions that we had. We are very thankful for John's knowledge of the law and for his ability to explain it to us. Instead of adding another layer of complexity during legal dynamics, John was effective at simplifying matters. He communicated his legal opinion while integrating our priorities as the focal point in decision- making. What a more positive experience with John at the legal helm of our case in contrast to our experience with other attorneys, when, unfortunately, legalities became more complex. He works independently which, in my opinion, gives him the leverage to provide excellent representation without financial performance pressures from any admin above. Mr. Klein took my daughters case after many rejected and declined to take it. Mr. Klein was patient when other lawyers we dealt with were not. His wisdom and his delivery when explaining things were exceptional. My daughter won in every possible way by having Mr. Klein as her lawyer. From the first conversation with him explaining the mess I had before me, he was helpful, informative, pa...tient, intelligent, caring and very calming. Then, while my life was entangled with more domestic issues with my ex that kept coming up, he was able to be very helpful and professional while being sensitive to my situation at hand. I honestly am at a loss of words, I just can't say enough good things about him. If you need an attorney, this is the one I would go with. And when I had a horrible situation in front of me, he turned a very bad situation I was facing into a blessing as to having him by my side.
