A true advocate in and out of the courtroom

I hired Jaya on two occasions when she was relatively an unknown in the early part of her career at NeJame Law Firm. My son was accused of a crime he didn't commit and on another occasion his soon to be ex-wife was filing domestic violence charges against him. Jaya is available 24/7, she is strategic..., organized, reassuring, thorough, patient, resourceful, compassionate, and honest. Jaya made one phone call to former Judge Belvin Perry (before he retired) and explained the mistaken identity for the crime he didn't commit (as my son had been in there almost 5 days and no one would listen) and my son was out of org county jail in 1 hr! The other case of domestic violence was dropped as Jaya discredited the ex-wife and exposed her lies. Also, I want to note that Jaya is not all about the money as she discounted our fees, but is about justice. To this day, if we need anything, we can call her and she remembers you and asks about the family, etc. A true legal advocate.

Above and beyond

Jaya made my cases go very smoothly and asked all the right qeustions to help me get a favorable outcome she also helped me to understand the process. She has beyond excellent follow-up and really goes out of the way to make you know your a priority. Jaya is able to navigate the legal system for he...r clients like no other attorney I have done bussiness with in the past. Don't know what I would do without her assistance.

Jaya Balani gets you the Best Outcome Possible

Jaya has not just once, but twice, finalized an outcome I never thought possible. Her knowledge of her craft was groomed by Mark NeJame, my Law Firm since 1986, and it shows in everything she does. Professional and speedy response to any troubles I encountered, and solid advice given at almost any ...hour I needed. A real 24/7 type of Advocate. I would recommend Jaya without hesitation to anyone in need of her services. I know she will have your best interest in mind!
