I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this attorney. From the start, communication was poor—she rarely responded, and when she did, it was full of personal excuses instead of real updates on the case. Important documents like discovery were never provided, and it felt like she wasn...’t even familiar with the details of the case. I also caught her in multiple instances where she claimed to have filed motions, yet nothing showed up on the docket. This lack of accountability is concerning and unprofessional. She came across well in the initial consultation, but once payments started, her true work ethic became apparent. I would not recommend her services if you’re looking for a dependable advocate.

Being the mother of a son who made some bad choices, I needed help. I called NeJame Law and Jaya promptly returned my call. I was sitting on my bed crying my eyes out, knowing my sons choice was a bad one and needed help. Jaya got all of my charges dropped within 3 months on very serious charges. 11 felonies and 1 misdemeanor total and they are all dropped now. She has stuck by her word from the very beginning. She was always there to answer any questions, no matter the time of day, even if it was not directly about t...he case.
