We Hired Randy for a property claim against our insurance company. During the whole process Randy was very informative and always kept us in the loop when something had came up about our case. Also whenever I contacted Randy's office and he was not available his staff was very good and always helped ...me with whatever I needed and they also forwarded the message to Randy and he called me back. The final outcome of the case was great! We received what we deserved from the insurance company. Thank you Randy Shochet and your staff for helping my family and I through this tough time.

My wife and I had an issue with the way our property insurance manhandled our claim. We hired Mr Randy Shocket on a recommendation from a friend & knew within the first hour we were in good hands. We are not litigious people and initially we we uncomfortable but Randy assured us we were wronged and p...roceeded to handle our claim with professionalism & experience. In a nutshell Randy got the job DONE! Unfortunately, I experienced a uncontrollable weather event that damaged my house. The Insurance company wanted to reimburse me a ridiculous low amount of money for repairs. Randy took on the Insurance Company. Now I have the proper amount of money I neede...d for the repairs. A personal fight/argument between our insurance adjuster and Randy's firm lost our easy case we should have won. One of the worst business persons I have ever met. Rude, unprofessional and got beat up in court by the insurance companies good lawyer. And Randy never showed up in court for us, sent an...other lawyer. Does not keep you informed, lack of communication.
