Our roof was damaged June 2017. After our insurance company failed to provide us with a fair settlement , we were recommended to Atterney Randy Shochet for legal representation, and he did not disappoint. During our initial conversation Mr. Shochet explained the legal process, and the approxima...te duration to resolve the case . I am happy to say that our claim was resolved within time expected, and we are now in the process of replacing our roof. Due to his busy schedule we had to leave message with his Secretary at times , but Mr. Shochet always return our calls in a timely manner . I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Randy Shochet to anyone in need of legal representation concerning insurance claims.

We Hired Randy for a property claim against our insurance company. During the whole process Randy was very informative and always kept us in the loop when something had came up about our case. Also whenever I contacted Randy's office and he was not available his staff was very good and always helped ...me with whatever I needed and they also forwarded the message to Randy and he called me back. The final outcome of the case was great! We received what we deserved from the insurance company. Thank you Randy Shochet and your staff for helping my family and I through this tough time.

Mr. Shochet greatly assisted me in understanding the conditions and nuances contained in an employment contract. Mr. Shochet's knowledge and experience with the health professions gives him a unique advantage over other attorneys in dealing with these matters so I was confident in his guidance and a...dvice. We discussed the pertinent matters together and he made all language understandable and logical. In addition he was most helpful in constructing legally correct statements that I needed to make while protecting my interests with a large company. Throughout the matter he was easily accessible by phone or e-mail and I don't believe it could have been handled any better. I certainly plan to call him in the future should I need help with any legal matter.

I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the legal representation provided by Randal Shochet . I would not recommend his services to anyone based on my recent experience. Throughout the duration of my case, there was a significant lack of professional manners and consistent ...communication. It was very difficult to get in touch with him; my emails were often answered days later and at inappropriate times, such as 4:00 or 5:00 AM. Furthermore, the nature of our conversations was often aggressive and unprofessional. Most concerningly, as soon as it appeared that the defendant's attorneys might gain an advantage, he chose to drop my case and quit on me entirely. I am documenting these issues to ensure there is a clear record of his failure to provide adequate or professional counsel.

Doreen represented my husband for my stepson and his well being and safety! Unfortunately we did not do our homework and fell into the disgusting lawyer trap of payment and f... off clients! She made promises..never kept them! My husband basically did all the work and research for her. She just ty...ped it out and filed it with the court!! Same thing we could have done! She did not fight for our son! She pretended in the beginning she would, then disappeared..was rude! Short nasty messages and emails..using all abbreviations pertaining to legal matters..and would tell us "it's self explanatory"..well DOREEN INKELES IF IT WAS SELF EXPLANATORY WE WOULDNT HAVE DUMPED 7500 DOLLARS INTO YOUR ACCOUNT!!!! My stepson was/is in the mix of an awful biological mother who has and still is causing damage to her children..multiple men in and out..child abuse charges..multiple domestic violence issues in her household..other children doing drugs in front of my stepson! June 2024 DOREEN INKLES STATED. we'll have this wrapped up by Sept. Oct and Ayden will be home with you finally! Here we are!!! Nothing!!! And now received an email she will not longer be representing my husband and my stepson of 11 years old. Because..we called her bluff and made sure to let her know she's a disgrace on protecting children...and has zero business representing ANYONE LET ALONE THE SAFETY OF A CHILD!! It was all a money game..and now reading the reviews and finding out her boca office was closed for a violation against her license..I'm not surprised! Now I represent my husband and my DOREEN INKELES!!!! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM HER! SHE QILL ROB FROM YOU AND LIED THROUGH HER TEETH! Doreen...I hope your Holidays are as amazing as you deserve!
