In a nutshell Randy got the job DONE! Unfortunately, I experienced a uncontrollable weather event that damaged my house. The Insurance company wanted to reimburse me a ridiculous low amount of money for repairs. Randy took on the Insurance Company. Now I have the proper amount of money I neede...d for the repairs. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the legal representation provided by Randal Shochet . I would not recommend his services to anyone based on my recent experience. Throughout the duration of my case, there was a significant lack of professional manners and consistent ...communication. It was very difficult to get in touch with him; my emails were often answered days later and at inappropriate times, such as 4:00 or 5:00 AM. Furthermore, the nature of our conversations was often aggressive and unprofessional. Most concerningly, as soon as it appeared that the defendant's attorneys might gain an advantage, he chose to drop my case and quit on me entirely. I am documenting these issues to ensure there is a clear record of his failure to provide adequate or professional counsel.
