I was extremely impressed with how thorough, knowledgeable and brilliant Randy was during a business transition deal I was involved in that I later asked him to represent me in my personal legal issue. It was the best decision. In this case, the opposition had planned the game thoroughly over the cou...rse of many years, including hiring one of the most prominent law firms in the area. I was caught entirely off guard. None of the attorneys I had consulted with before was able to find a solution for this unfair and hopeless situation for me. It seemed that I was doomed to hardship for the rest of my life. As soon as Randy took on the case, he came up with a brilliant strategy that helped turn the tables. Throughout the battle, he was able to spot and avoid traps laid by the opposition over and over. He researched and used his knowledge , experience and creativity to lead the case to the favorable outcome I didn't even think would be possible. Randy was also very kind, supportive and empathetic, which helped me greatly throughout such depressing and infuriating battle. I really meant it when I told him that he was my knight in shining armor. I cannot recommend Randy highly enough!

Mr. Shochet greatly assisted me in understanding the conditions and nuances contained in an employment contract. Mr. Shochet's knowledge and experience with the health professions gives him a unique advantage over other attorneys in dealing with these matters so I was confident in his guidance and a...dvice. We discussed the pertinent matters together and he made all language understandable and logical. In addition he was most helpful in constructing legally correct statements that I needed to make while protecting my interests with a large company. Throughout the matter he was easily accessible by phone or e-mail and I don't believe it could have been handled any better.
