I would highly recommend Mr. Barbarette to anyone seeking an attorney. He has made a name for himself in the legal and law enforcement community as someone who cares about his clients, and will defend them as if they were part of his own family. He is very detail-oriented and will pick apart a pol...ice officers report and the prosecutions case. He has won many cases by seeing the importance of seemingly insignificant things that other attorneys may overlook. Mr. Barbarette not only aggressively defends his clients, he is also very active in the community, and has conducted numerous DUI prevention classes with high school students. He uses his 26 years of experience to explain how quickly a DUI arrest or conviction can change a life, especially a teenager's. He is also a coveted guest speaker in University classes. By the way, I am a law enforcement officer in the North Central Florida area, and have made over 200 DUI arrests in my career. I will be the first to tell you that I am not particularly fond of defense attorneys in general, but they are needed. Mr. Barbarette has a reputation for tearing apart cases while officers are on the witness stand, and has made quite a few officers look like idiots to jurors. But because of his fervor, he has earned the respect of the Judges, Assistant State Attorneys and the law enforcement community, including me.
