Carolyn N Budnik

A native of South Florida, I bring 18 years of experience as an attorney to the table.  A sampling of my clients includes financial institutions, private investors, small businesses, condominium and homeowners' associations, and individuals.  I vigorously represent my clients across the foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate, insurance and commercial litigation spectrums. 

Before becoming an attorney, I worked in many fields in South Florida.  I worked in the auto parts industry, the boating industry and the equine industry to name a few.  I finally realized I needed a set trade and settled on becoming a legal secretary/ paralegal.  I eventually attended law school at Nova Southeastern University at night, while working full time as a paralegal, and raising my family.  I look back on those years now and wonder how I did it!  As a resident of South Florida my entire life, I have been fortunate to enjoy the many outdoor opportunities Florida has to offer.  My first passion is my love for all things "horses," my second is for all things "Ocean/Everglades/Nature" and my third is for "motorcycles."  I consider myself a home-grown Florida girl.

My rates are reasonable and can be tailored to your specific needs.  Depending on the type of matter for which you need representation, I accept reasonable retainers, down payments and monthly payment plans that fit my clients' budgets.  In addition to regular forms of payment, I accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery, as well as payment through PayPal.
