Needs negative stars! Jennifer, the female that answers the phone is RUDE. They failed to send the correspondence from the courts to us repeatedly, we had to go to the courthouse ourselves to get required paperwork and notice if hearings, AFTER PAYING $5000! Once they got our money and had us sign ...the initial paperwork, we could not get in touch with anyone. We had to take off work and camp out at their office to get answers. We spoke to Sunshine at the initial retainer meeting and then did not speak to her again until court, but were billed $1000's to speak to HER RECEPTIONIST! The person we were attempting to serve evaded service for 2 MONTHS, I called a private process server from Google, the 1st number I called refused to even work with this attorney because of how difficult they are to work with! He, the process server, said we would be better off finding another attorney asap. I wish we had listened. Nothing was resolved in this case, but Sunshine did go on at least 2 week long cruises during our case,

Ms. Baynard was my assigned attorney when I was arrested after the biggest tragedy in my life. She was always there for me, answered every question that I asked whether I liked the answer or not. Ms. Baynard listened to my ideas, and I felt truly had my best interest at heart. When it came time for t...ough decisions, she guided me with wisdom, strength and compassion. Thank you for what she did for me and my family will never be enough. I am eternally grateful.
