I tried colaborative divorce with him as my later. When i visited him he Encouraged me to do so. He charged me 10 hours in avance, $2500. Once I paid, he never care about my divorce process, he match me and my exwife with a collaborative divorce team. When we reached an impass he would say You n...eed to keep working on it. That of course means thousands of dollars to his collaborative divorce team. My ex moved out of town and alienated me from my child. So I ask him what to do, his answer: the lawyer my ex chose is aggressive so there are few options. I guess my lawyer should protect me, that is why I pay him e even if the opposite lawyer is agresive. He is passive. At the moments when I needed his advise he did not answer phone or emails.
