Misleading advice, backpedalling.
I paid for an initial consultation in which Mr. Knellinger gave me advice which I followed. His advice caused further problems, and when I brought that up, he left me in the lurch. I understand that every situation is different, but due to his advice, I am now stuck paying for attorneys in two diff...

Replied last January 23, 2017This is an anonymous posting, so I do not know if this person was actually a client of mine. I would be happy to respond more fully if this person were to provide more information. We do our best to inform our clients of the law and the possible outcomes of any proceeding. Sometimes the law is unclear and we do our best to explain those vagaries. We cannot guarantee results, of course, but we create alternatives for our clients to consider as we together seek to resolve issues that face them. The client and our attorneys and staff are together a team with a common goal. We find that approach to be always in the client’s best interest.
