Great lawyer. Great staff
My cancer went undiagnosed by the VA for over a decade. When my cancer was diagnosed treatment involved surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. Mr. Bacharach sued the VA and I received hundreds of thousands of dollars because of the malpractice.

Justice at last
I hired Mr. Bacharach after years of fighting with the VA. He did my BVA hearing and he was amazing. The VA judge ruled 100% in my favor and I received almost $300,000 in past due benefits

After my 1st lawyer abandoned my claim saying it lacked merit to proceed, I hired Mr. Bacharach. He won my claim in federal court and then got Social Security to pay me over $50,000 in past due benefits.
