Stephanie Nicole Butts

Stephanie is a native of Gainesville, Florida. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Florida with honors, she attended the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she participated in the Innocence Project, Elder Law legal clinic, and Guardian ad Litem legal clinic. Stephanie also served as an intern for the late Judge Edwin H. Roberts, Jr. of the 18th Chancery Court District in Oxford, Mississippi, and a summer clerk at the State Attorney’s Office in Gainesville, Florida. Stephanie graduated from Ole Miss cum laude in 2012, after which she returned to her home town, and has been practicing locally ever since. At the Allen Law Firm, Stephanie handles personal injury litigation cases, as well as estate and traffic matters, and facilitates communication with Spanish-speaking clients. Stephanie is a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, as well as ob the board fro the Young Lawyer’s Division, and she attends First United Methodist Church in Gainesville.
