Kristianna Cucinella is more than just your average, run of the mill attorney. Our child support/paternity case was extremely complicated, having already been settled in North Carolina court in our favor with prejudice. A move to the state of Florida instigated the opposing party to reopen the case, ...making the circumstances a bit more difficult and harder to navigate. When the lines of justice were unclear, Ms. Cucinella researched and dug until an answer was found or a comparable case was located that could be evidenced in court. While no one could ever be certain of the outcome when it comes to court matters, my Husband and I were extremely confident and beyond comfortable in the effort that the entire team put into our case.
