Kristianna Cucinella is more than just your average, run of the mill attorney. Our child support/paternity case was extremely complicated, having already been settled in North Carolina court in our favor with prejudice. A move to the state of Florida instigated the opposing party to reopen the case, ...making the circumstances a bit more difficult and harder to navigate. Ms. Cucinella is an associate of Silverman & Mack. I hired Mr. Silverman to handle my custody case with my x-wife and he asked me if I wouldn't mind letting Ms. Cucinella help with my case. My case also had a juvenile criminal charge attached to it, which they were handling for me also. After talkin...g to Ms. Cucinella, the comfort she gave me in being part my case I had no issues. Her communication is one of the best I have ever seen. There was never a time that I was not informed on a matter in my case and always received a response to any of my concerns or questions in a very timely manner. She learned my case so well that I requested to Mr. SIlverman to have her at my trial with him. It was a two day trial and Ms. Cucinella and Mr. Silverman represented me way beyond my expectations. We won my case and the judge awarded me everything I asked for and then some.
