Eric Steven Ruff

Mr. Ruff made a difficult time easier for us. He is accessible, when you call the office you actually get to talk to him. He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the laws. He guided us along the way and told us exactly what to expect, since this was something neither my husband or myself ha...d done before. He answered so many questions, kept us informed about the process and put us at ease about the decision we had to make.
