Lauren Richard has practiced law in Gainesville for more than 23 years. She has focused her practices in areas where she can help families during some of their most difficult times: when a loved one has died, or is injured, incapacitated, or has special needs. She works with other lawyers in the community to improve the guardianship process, assist in a wrongful death or nursing home abuse case, coordinate the opening of probate estates or guardianships in such cases, and is always willing to take calls from potential clients to discuss their cases in detail. She welcomes difficult cases and will apply her years of experience to develop a step by step approach according to the statutes, rules and caselaw.
Now as Of Counsel to Bogin, Munns & Munns, Lauren will continue to provide legal services in the same practices areas but with the added benefit of a law firm with 12 offices throughout Central and North Central Florida.
Lauren and her husband, Barry, have two grown children. Lauren is active in local bar association, civic, and cultural organizations. When Lauren is not working hard at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, traveling, writing, and participating in AKC events with her standard poodle.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
