I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. I utilize my over twenty two years of litigation experience to mediate claims or cases for people and businesses with claims or lawsuits. Mediation can save individuals and businesses time, stress, and legal fees by resolving the conflict sooner. Mediation also allows the individuals and business to decide if and on what terms they will agree to resolve a dispute, rather than a judge or a jury deciding the dispute.
