Bradley George Johnson

I hired Mr. Johnson just over 2 years ago. He, and his staff, have worked diligently to help me with my divorce & to ensure that I receive what is deserved. Everything was recently finalized, and I couldn't be happier! The timeline was due to my Ex not following through on his side, not my legal co...unsel. If anything, my legal counsel went above & beyond for me and my daughter. I highly recommend Mr. Johnson. This was one of the most emotional and frustrating events of my life, but they supported & fought for our needs, and I can't thank them enough for that.

I hired Brad, May 2018 paid him $6000 and told him I needed the divorce to end by end of summer, he said he could do that; I was only married for less than 5 yrs and had a home. He put a lien on that home and dragged it out for years making another $19,000 and never got my belongings in two storage ...sheds as he said he would get my assets. His assistant dropped the ball on my garnishment she is no longer w/him; I lost more money. He says what I wanted to hear but doesn’t follow through and began another case he didn’t follow through on with my son who made false allegations with tons of evidence but he dropped the ball on that too. I wouldn’t trust this lawyer at all. It was hell on earth to get him to respond and to do things that needed to be done in my cases. He forgets what we talked about; he makes promises and always seems as though his plate is too full or has something on his mind. At my final hearing for the divorce which was scheduled 9-5; he told the judge he had to leave early to pick up his kids, Brad brought a milk crate of files for my defense and produced one piece of paper and didn’t get the results we needed. $25,000 for nothing. Doesn’t follow through with contempts or motions either. BEWARE OF HIM, he’s nice at first but will drag the case only to get more money out of you. He’s incompetent and seems to have too much going on in his personal life to deal with his clients, including his health, was many of the excuses I received. I do no recommend him whatsoever if you want results. I truly don’t know how he sleeps at night doing this to so many that I’ve personally know of. I’ve gotten many messages of my Yelp review and these things I”ve mentioned are very similar my situation so BEWARE hiring him, you won’t get what you need from him or his Firm, unfortunately!!!

Mr. Johnson represented me a few years back when I was a yJunger naive woman in my 20s fighting for custody of my kids. He was super nice at first but I ended up losing the case. He told me if I had retained him earlier I wouldn't have a problem or have lost my kids. He made it to where I would have ...to do all the driving if I were to relocate and be closer to the kids (within 50 miles) and my ex doesn't have to do any driving. I'm having to go back to the courthouse and spend more money on another lawyer now to fix the poor job that he did. Not worth it. Find someone that actually tries.

I have personally known Brad Johnson for six years now. He has represented me in numerous cases. I was charged with DV and lost my gun rights. Brad had everything overturned and got my rights back. He has represented me through two divorces and the outcomes have been better than I could have dreamed ...of. Brad represented me in two criminal cases, one of the cases I was facing ten years and two days. Because of his knowledge and expertise of law, he had all charges dropped against me. Mr. Johnson represented me for a DUI and made sure that the punishment fit the crime for my mistake. Brad also represented me for social security and was able to help me get awarded my social security. Simply stated, Bradley Johnson is the best lawyer in Northwest Florida.

Mr. Johnson was very kind at first but he did not have my best interests at heart. He failed to actively work my case. He was full of empty promises and offered no protection, no cease and desist letter, he failed to advise me how to stop my abusive ex spouse from harassing me. No depositions were... taken, no witnesses called, no temp hearing set in reasonable time, he allowed my ex to dissipate assets, and when I followed his advise I got contempt of court charges. If you are a women know that he will allow you to be taken advantage of and dragged through the mud. He will take your money but not work hard for you or help you get a fair divorce settlement or even give good legal advice. His staff is also rude and disrespectful. If you are a woman beware.
