As an attorney myself, I have very high standards for the lawyers I hire. Ms. Sullivan exceeded all my expectations. I got married in Pensacola in September 2014 because my now wife grew up in Pace. While planning Florida wedding was difficult from San Diego, what was even more difficult was getti...ng the videographer we hired to turn over the wedding video we pre-paid in full to have recorded and edited. One year after our wedding, in September 2015, I engaged Ms. Sullivan to pursue the Milton based videographer because he had ceased taking my phone calls and was not responding to my emails. Some other clients of the videographer were having the same problem according to comments on the BBB website. Ms. Sullivan listened carefully to the result I wanted (the once in a lifetime video, not a refund) within two weeks of hiring her I got a call from her office that the DVDs had been dropped off at her office and were on the way to me. I am 100% positive that I never would have received my wedding video if I had not hired Ms. Sullivan. Ms. Sullivan's hourly rate was reasonable and her billing practices are fair. She bills appropriately for the tasks she completes and did not over-bill for her time. I strongly recommend Ms. Sullivan for anyone who needs a first class litigation attorney in Alabama or Florida.
