A great result
I contacted and hired John Jarvis after being charged with a second DUI in 2 years. The potential consequences were severe, and I felt hopeless. John was able to guide me through the process and got the DUI revised to reckless driving, which was a great result. I’ve heard a quote, ‘hire a lawyer and ...

Tenant Eviction

"I have practiced law with John for over 20 years. He is a very knowledgable and compassionate advocate for his clients. Excellent attorney. I endorse this lawyer."
"I was scared, but didn't dare show it. After all, this was the end of the first year in law school, and the Moot Court Team was on the line. Sixteen spots, almost a hundred competitors. One judge is intimidating. Three is stress central. You see, the first time I met John, he was my judge. John Jarvis is a fellow graduate of Florida State University's College of Law and was one year ahead of me. I have always respected John since the first day I met him the hard way - asking pointed questions about important aspects of the law. He retains his sense of humor, yet is drop dead serious when you need him to be. And I respect his opinion and experience now, just as I did when I first met him in law school as my judge."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Jarvis is very familiar with the prosecutors, Judges, and attorneys in the First Circuit. He is on a first name basis with all. Mr. Jarvis is competent in court, and zealously defend's his clients. I can recommend Mr. Jarvis without reservation."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr Jarvis and I know each other from the local legal community. We have worked on multiple cases together. I would refer clients needing help in criminal matters to Mr. Jarvis without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr Jarvis and I know each other as fellow members of FACDL (Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers). I would refer any clients I had needing help in Mr. Jarvis' part of Florida without hesitation."
