I had a troublesome case of evicting a tenant. Mr. Collins explained what needed to be done to accomplish this effectively and to fully comply with the law. He was upfront about possible expenses, what I needed to provide to him, and the timetable to accomplish it. He followed up on what he said he w...ould do and accomplished the task in the minimum time expected. Doing this required a good team of people to do supporting tasks, which he clearly had. Everything was smoothly accomplished with no misstep.
