Casey Pless Waterhouse

Casey did a fantastic job taking care of my particular situation. When I brought my case to her, she was very proactive & what could've turned out to be a long haul court experience was completed and finished in a matter of days. I switched to Mrs. Waterhouse for a divorce attorney after leaving another firm that lacked communication and didn't see to take my case seriously. At first, I was excited to work with her. As my divorce continued to drag on, I was more and more frustrated. I was billed for communications when I didn...'t actually receive a response. I don't feel I should pay someone to read my email then not get back to me. I ended up paying nearly $20k for a divorce because it took years. By the end, I wouldn't even ask questions because I would be charged $100 if I emailed for a status update. She is knowledgeable and basically had to do the work for the opposing counsel which meant I was paying her even more. When I complained about this, I was told I had mentioned I wanted things sped up. There seemed to be a lot of additional hours I was billed and I caught two discrepancies on my bill which they did reimburse me for once I pointed them out.

I hired Mrs. Waterhouse to represent me for multiple reasons. Mrs. Waterhouse took 8 months to finally get around to do paperwork. It was not on the subjects I hired her for. Mrs. Waterhouse lost that argument in court. Still Mrs. Waterhouse failed to file paperwork for what I needed to be represent...ed. Mrs. Waterhouse billed me consistently for alleged conversations with the other counsel. Mrs. Waterhouse no longer is employed by me and I recommend if you come across her name just to skip on by it.
