Casey is a great family law attorney in Fort Walton Beach, Florida! My child’s mother was refusing to give me a copy of valid life insurance per our child’s custody order and essentially fabricated a story saying I was asking for it because I was trying to harm her and her “Air force Career”. The mot...her was previously awarded a temp order because I wrongfully name called her husband for being in national news but was now trying to use a new fake claim to affect my time with our child. As ridiculous as the current allegations were I didn’t want to risk losing any time due to seeing previously how easily injunctions can be given.
