Casey Pless Waterhouse

Ms Waterhouse handled a personal matter for me dealing with an ex girlfriend/fiancé. She is professional, and listens to her clients. When it comes to getting things done she does, and her work at reasonable cost, she is not out to just take your $. She works with you. When we went to court she was... amazing as well as completely professional. My case was over but now I need to have Ms. Waterhouse handle this dealing with someone who can't let things go. I know she will do what it takes to handle it and get things settled. I highly recommend her for anyone dealing with any kind of family law issues .I live in Pa and it was amazing having someone like her handling things in Florida for me.

I cannot put into words the sincere and professional manner in which Ms Waterhouse represented me in a contempt charge for failing to pay my lifetime alimony (I was 3 yrs in arrears). She kept me out of jail and saved me a bucket of cash in penalties and interest. I was so impressed I hired her for a...nother case to lower my alimony payments. Who knew in Florida it was legal to compare on current disability wage with mt wage when I got divorced 20 years ago! Even though we loss that one, I was stuck with my ex’s lawyer fees. After trying to fill out the paperwork together for months on my own, my ex surprises me with the fact that he is moving out of state. He called to say he was moving in a week! I knew this had to be handled and quickly. After having heard from friends about how great Casey is at Family Law, I called....
